I think there's a pretty damn good chance he didn't leave the country. But what definitely almost certainly did happen is that evidence that the feds intentionally did not secure made it's way to a non extradition country. There's no way that the feds didn't know to secure the plane this was done intentionally the same way Epstein island was neglected, dismantled and subsequently all the evidence buried.
