If he fails, and they take his property, the city of New York will find out how terrible they are at property management. Hundreds of, even thousands of people, will end up out of a job. And, the property will go to shit.

After the appeal, Trump will sue for damages and get compensation for the damage done to the property and 9% RoI for damages done to him.

Nigger, is English a 2nd language for you? I think he'll make the put up, but if he doesn't, he'll get 9% of the value of the properties taken from him AND any damages caused by the confiscation if Trump wins the appeal, which seems obviously likely.

He ONLY gets 9% if they take his assets in seizure. If he puts up a bond from a bonding agency, he doesn't get the cost of the bond back.

So, to restate, I think he will put up the cash, but if he doesn't and the city confiscates his property, Trump will get 9% RoI on the taken property or assets, AND will be made whole for any damages caused.

It will be the 1st time in US history a judgement over $100M was collected on while an appeal is pending. The City will cause massive economic harm to the city by seizing such massive managed properties and their failure to manage them correctly will guarantee a Trump win in 2024. If the City fucks up bad enough, Trump will turn NY red in 2024.
