Yeah I have noticed that a few times .. I went into a car dealership to get a quote on a few parts, some f-----' Rusian whoever he was just stuck his hand thru the window of my car and was fumbling for the keys until I told the sob to get the f--- away .. I've seen it in a few other places as well, while the biggest gripe US service ppl had at the end of WW2 when they at the upper levels anyway had to fraternize with the Russians, was their gross manners.
