In the past, any attempt by management to purposely devalue a corporations stock would have readily apparent and immediately had the board and stockholders up in arms, bringing suit against the President and CEO for knowingly and willfully acting to reduce shareholder value.

But the board in this case is controlled by shareholders like Blackrock and State Street, who take their marching orders from Klaus Schwab and the WEF.

Iger has sold off most of his remaining disney stock already.

And they now have the convenient excuse of ESG and DEI to do the dirty, all the while beating their breasts and proclaiming that they are only doing what is best for "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion!" and what could be evil about that?

And the responsibilty for disney's stock tanking has now been conveniently off-loaded onto the customers.

"It's not our fault! We're still make good products, but the customers are all homophobic antisemitic White supremacist bigots and they won't buy what we're selling! IOW, IT'S NOT OUR FAULT!"

The diverse cast of characters like Kennedy, Headland, etc. are all just useful idiots whose degenerate personal proclivities are being used as a convenient hammer by the (((ones))) who are behind the curtain and controlling what's happening and know why.
