OpenAI founded as a non-profit with Musk's money to provide an open source AI benefit to humanity to compete with Google's apparent lead. The founding contract specifies many stipulations that Sam Altman is ignoring, such as open source models, and not financially benefiting individuals.

Microsoft bought an exclusive lease to OpenAI software. The lease is only valid until OpenAI achieves Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).

Only the OpenAI board of directors can decide when the AI is AGI.

The OpenAI board finds out Sam Altman has been lying about the capabilities of the AI under development, and possibly that he has a secret AGI he is sharing with Microsoft.

Sam Altman gets fired.

Microsoft puts pressure on OpenAI (Microsoft owns 49%) to fire the board members who are trying to remove Microsoft's exclusive access.

Sam Altman re-hired.

Microsoft has the board members replaced with people who don't understand the tech, they're just there to do what Microsoft wants.

All the money OpenAI raised was tax free as well, now Altman has spun off other companies to try to make a profit out of it. Altman is partnering with Arabs who have pledged $7 Trillion to build Fabs and processors for AI.

Altman was initially skeptical that AI would ever surpass human mental capability, but something he has seen got his hands rubbing together so hard he has jizzed in his pants at the dollar signs.

This shit will be the end of humanity.
