Another bunch of reasons to go carnivore. Daily a few eggs, 2 t-bones, few other thingies like hard cheese, butter galore, redmonds salt. Absolute life changing. Shopping is easy, food prep easy af etc etc

Sweet potatos have a good amount of potassium.

Btw - chickens are fed soy and it gets in the eggs. Even your local farmer is feeding soy to chickens. You gotta be vigilent

dont get me started on porkslop.

Sweet taters aren't carnivore zero interest.
Go bio for eggs but no matter indirect soy is way better and is not like eating fuckng tofu.
Pork is low tier but bacon doesn't count and it pisses off mudslimes so

In that case,Salmon is your potassium (and omega) friend

FDA basically criminalized supplementing potassium (seriously, look it up.) I suspect there's a dark reason why they're preventing us from getting enough potassium in particular so I go out of my way to find sources of it.

Yeah they sure are sneaking it into a lot of things but there are plenty of alternatives. Smaller companies know there is a huge market for no soy, no seed oil. Always read the ingredient list.

When I cut out seed oils, I stopped getting sunburns. I read somewhere skin cancer is cause by seed oils. I don't understand the connection, but I believe it now.
