No no no, it's unreliable. It was down when my ass hit the toilet and began working again only after I had made it back to the truck. These outages are common. Your explanation, while potentially true for some services, doesn't fit this, again, common situation.

When it works fine for others, you may consider your own systems. If it is getting intermittently blocked, this is a method for discouraging a system's usage without being pinned for fully censoring a thing.

You mean the image hosting site that resists censorship? The one that lots of ISPs have tried to blacklist in response?

In terms of reliability, it's been a lot better over the past year or so. But in terms of censorship, it's also ramped up. If you can't reach it, that's a YOU problem. Use an alternative DNS or use a VPN.

It's a magnitude more reliable than original Voat, and we all put up with that. It's been quite reliable for me. Maybe once or twice a month it isn't working for me, and it comes back shortly.

The real issue is that a recent big mobile player started censoring the site, so lots of people starting complaining all at once. Instead of routing around censorship, they want to throw a good cannon overboard.
