This song is about a doctor who's daughter lost her face in a car accident and survived. And then he went on a murder spree to find his daughter parts to transplant onto her face to restore her.

Yea, I think it actually makes the song make more sense, but also makes it sadder and desperate at the same time. Like how far would you go for a loved one. I liked the song already but after knowing that, it makes it even more meaningful.
