Keyword, COULD. But we cant have giant dams and reservoirs all over the place, and especially wouldnt be able to contstantly let water run through the turbines to power everything with no interuptions

I don't disagree. Whatever gets shifted to hydro-Electric, (in the markets that can take that option) is less that has to be produced by conventional means.
The funny/ironic part is that power dams are massively destructive to wildlife in river systems. They completely isolate species on either side of the dams, and fish ladders are only helpful to certain fish, forget the turtles and salamanders and whatever else. Also the fluctuations in water levels caused by dams often drowns hibernating (well, bruminating) turtles/etc.
My only point is that every way we can create electricity is going to impact something, there is no "clean" energy in the sense that nothing is harmed.
Realistically nuclear and efficient gas/coal is actually less disruptive and less bad for the environment than a hydroelectric dam.
Make more. The production of oil is an ongoing geological process that's been going on almost since the beginning.
The biggest lie the oil companies ever sold was that oil was a "fossil fuel" and therefore a limited commodity. Which let them create artificial scarcity and raise the prices.
"Okay, Mr. Wizard, if oil comes from percolating dead dinosaur asses, why do we keep finding new deposits in places that no dinosaurs have ever been?"
"Why is it that gas chromatographic analysis of star light passing through the atmospheres of distant planets, that have no life on them at all and never have, show the presence of hydrocarbons?"
I've been building a small solar power system. So, for curiosity's sake I've looked into what such systems can power.
You could get a long 48v golf-cart, strap 600w of solar on top, add a solar controller, and run it as a grocery getter. People have also built electric bicycles, solar campers, trikes, etc. They are small, and it works reasonably well for short trips.
The amount of panels, controllers, inverters, and batteries needed for a full-sized vehicle? That's as big as, and usually bigger, than you need for a modern-sized house.
Which will cost somewhere around $40,000-$80,000, depending on how much of it you can do yourself. And rules/regs/taxes/jews/fines/fees/banks for your area.
Now imagine a completely decentralized power grid, where every single home and apartment building had it's own backyard power plant, networked across the town, county, state, nation...
The dream of free people and tyrant's nightmare because there'd be no one single off-switch. Natural disasters wouldn't even cause a blip in the total power availability.
It would be as simple as having a small 10'x10' shipping container with a panel on one side with an on-off switch, an indicator to show that it's on, and a meter to show the output. That's it.
You can't make nuclear weapons out of it (that's why Oak Ridge shut down theirs in the late 50's) and you know what happens if it fails? Nothing. It just stops making electricity. No "catastrophic meltdowns", no "enviromental disasters". Nothing.
Shut it all down...no hydro electricity, no gas, coal, fuel, wood chip or nuclear generators, kill everything...and then listen to the bright ideas that the talking heads come up with on what to do. EVERY DAY EXISTENCE IS NOT WITHOUT RAMIFICATIONS...live with them or die without them.

The yids create these shortages out of thin air like they print tax payer money to launder through a jewish proxy war in Ukraine. It's all fake.
