I like the California guy who plays the squatters game against them. He gets a signed lease from the actual owner, waits for the squatters to relax their vigilance then enters the property and squats with them. Then he proceeds to make life annoying as possible for the squatters. If they call the police on him, he has a lease, it’s a civil matter. Touche’

If the squatters are black do cover the outside of the house with job applications (of companies that dont do diversity quotas) and play sounds of kids hanging out with their dads.
