HA...I knew the ending without having to read it, this story goes back 50 years.

It is old. I found it on my hard drive and figured some of these younger people had probably not seen it yet.

But it's a good, clean funny one

My mom used to tell this joke. Thank you.

Oh yeah, I meant to add this...that joke story was inspired by the movie "Born Free"...I actually think it originated in "MAD MAGAZINE", it was mocking the ending of the Born Free movie where the guy who raised the lion cubs returned to the game preserve and a lioness comes barrelling out of the brush right for him and rather than plugging it with the double barrel 8guage he holds back and damned if it wasn't the cat that he raised and they're all hugs and licks...which brought the end of the movie into a "ban big game hunting" mode...and Walt Disney's "BAMBI" was the precursor to the "BORN FREE" movement that is now "the sierra club, peta, lands for life and green peace...it truly was sickening for those of us who grew and lived in the rural countryside...my brother and I, and many friends, really enjoyed the programs and never thought of the future political ramifications of the subliminal messaging associated with them...it's when our lives started to change because of them, in all honesty that faggy change came with the campaign to destroy the "LOONEY TOONS" era of Bugs Bunny, Roadrunner Coyote, Heckle & Jekyl and, everyone's favorite "NIGGERS are SPACED"

While I haven’t watched what you are talking about, I have always blamed Disney for veganism

I almost didn’t read this thinking it to be one of those sappy boomer chain email type shit. But I’m glad I did bc I chuckled

Was it a sensible chuckle?

Almost bordered on senseless

All those damn elephants look the same.

Also: when around elephants, never relax.

I've read it before but each and every time I like to pretend I haven't so that I can savor the thought once more.
