Remember the 1950’s and 1960’s when Cary Grant types were on the planes and trains and everyone was dapper and polite? I imagine the trains had a car for Blacks and if a Black guy tried to set foot in the other 7 cars, a White man in a Fedora would firmly and politely direct him back to the nigger car.
