Interesting opinion - one that can be used to prevent or overthrow many of the laws.

Since the 2nd Amendment specifically mentions "militia", and this option references "political community", that produces a big disconnect between the "history and tradition" of the laws.

The "history and tradition" at the time of the 2nd Amendment was that everyone was allowed to possess the same weapons as any governmental forces, right?

Since the Federal Judge has now used that "history and tradition" phrase as applied to a non-citizen, non-militia person to grant them protection under the 2nd Amendment, then all of that "history and tradition" should revert all NFA laws to allow any citizen access to any weapon in existence. Seems logical.
