The cheese in question was only sold to food services. Not in regular stores. That was my mistake. Shredded cheese not being in the stores is probably because everyone took to cooking. The baking aisle has been hit lately. I dont know who is playing supermarket sweep in that area but holy cow its been completely ransacked.

Best popcorn recipe ever, better than from a theater.

Get some lard or tallow and a bag of popcorn kernels.
Set the burner to 80%.
Put enough lard in to cover the pan to the height of one popcorn kernel.
Put in 1 kernel and cover the pan with a lid.
When the 1 kernel pops pour in enough kernels to cover the bottom of the pan.
Cover the pan until it's done. If water from steam starts shooting out between the lid and pan then set the lid off center but just barely.
When it's done salt it and/or use flavorings.

Some people want to use Crisco for this, it's pretty good but not as good as lard and Crisco is poison anyway.

I went to the supermarket today, then the beer distributor. Upon returning home and putting everything away, I realized I had no car key fob. After searching, I decide to retrace my steps. Not in the supermarket parking lot. I then go to the distributor parking lot ... lo and behold, it was there! YEY! I figured less than a 1% change of finding it. A Tale of Two Supermarkets.
