In Waxahachie, TX cops routinely take autistic kids (and even one autistic teacher) into the bathroom at school, perform a fake "drug test," and fondle the autist's private parts. If the autist complains, the cops send that person to a mental hospital. If they complain again, the cops shoot and kill them. There is no record in the local paper of these shootings, even though everyone at the schools knows about them.
