There's nothing mysterious about it. They're doing the same thing all over. Whoever they are, they're building something underground that needs more air than the abandoned mines they're being constructed in can normally provide, so they're using those "monoliths" to provide the facility with additional air ventilation until they're finished setting everything up.

Increasingly as time goes by, I'm beginning to suspect that project Safehouse is real and those guys who go around casually exploring abandoned mines on youtube are in fact engineers working to identify which mines would be the most suitable for redevelopment into underground facilities.

Good question, my name is actually Gaelic(spelling of name supposedly) , fuck knows why, I have no routes tied to that.

Welsh is odd, South Wales everyone is friendly and like the English, North Wales if you walk into a shop everyone stops talking English and revert to Welsh, they hate the English, probably with good reason lol.
