Learned how to use the flour mill after a MONTH of using it wrong. That was fun. There are different settings depending on how far you pushed the "stick". So much quicker now. I felt like an idiot but no one reviewing the danged thing mentioned it. Also didn't help the instruction manual was just a diagram on how to assemble.
