How I channeled my inner hatred of shitskins and turned it into productivity!

So I decided to go for a new strategy at work: rather than complain im gonna do something about my problem. I've been hiring only White people and slowly PIPping shitskins and jews. My boss is finally letting me have firing and hiring discretion, and ill be damn i dont make Uncle Adolf shed a tear of joy. Every other diversity shiktskin group does it anyways, so why is it a problem when White people do?

I work for a worldwide company. Each factory does their own hiring. The head guy who has to give the final approval for someone getting hired or fired is very racist. LOL. He hires White people with mexican sounding names for his "diversity and inclusion".

Why do you employ and promote only White men?

There are companies out there who prioritise hiring and promoting "diverse" people.
Therefore, "diverse" people are far more likely to quit working here to go and work at one of those companies.
I'm simply hiring and promoting people who will stick around the longest.

The meritocracy approach doesn't work nowadays.

You're left explaining why you didn't hire the Harvard graduate who has 10 years experience as the CEO of a Fortune 500 company.
Pointing out that their degree was gifted to them to increase the University's diversity graduate numbers, and their work experience was only being a token diversity hire that didn't do one second of actual work, will get you nowhere.
