About 1 of every 7 missouri residents lives in poverty seems like a bit of a non sequitur. For example, about 1 of every 9 Missouri residents is black. I wonder what will happen to manufacturing in Illinois?

Seriously, wtf does corporate tax have to do with individual poverty? The state government isn't going to magically lift 15% of the population out of poverty. There is a chance that this move could attract a lot of manufacturers, maybe bringing more jobs to the state.
