Thoughts? AMD Ryzen 5 5600GT came out back in January.

Thoughts? I am maxing it out at 128GB. The case is still on the table. I have no interest in an external graphics card.

Provides no context what the computer will be used for, requests advice on which hardware it should be comprised of.

Do better, sweaty.

I think you meant "sweetie" you faggot and I was looking for thoughts from others. Your opinion means nothing, obviously.

He's not wrong though. We can't really answer the question unless you specify what you plan to use the computer for.

Daily Driver, coding, and VM host. That's why I don't really need the graphics card.

Alright, in that case, consider getting a PC with more cores. And a better motherboard. You picked what's basically the bottom of the barrel, which is a bad idea if you're trying to run four sticks of 32GB memory each. And that power supply is beyond overkill. The CPU cooler is also absolute overkill.

Here's something more suited for you:

2 more cores, an excellent CPU cooler alternative, a higher tier motherboard, higher bandwidth RAM that is also lower latency, and a PSU from a very reputable company, while costing $100 less than what you put together. Should you want to use a GPU in the future to experiment with GPU-accelerated coding libraries and such, you have that option too as 750W will still let you put in something pretty beefy.

Hope this helps, let me know what you think.

P.S. I double-checked the RAM part number with the motherboard's list of supported memory modules, so you should be good to go.

Thanks a million. This is far better than what I came up with. I was going for cost conscience with expandability. I knew the PSU and cooler were overkill and that was on purpose. I am planning to shove in a few mechanical drives and wanted the option if I ever did want to get an additional video card. I am also putting in a BD drive which I already have.

But like I said, thanks again. I am definitely going the Ryzen 7 route.
