They add their values to the collection like purchasing individual bits of home decor, just here and there, without a thought to how things go together in the room. Often, the main criterion for whether to buy a given value is how fashionable it is and/or how well having it allows them to get along with other people (minimizing their odds of disagreeable conversations), which is why men were historically and biologically the disagreeable half of the species. Disagreeability is dangerous, but that's why decision-makers have to be more risk-prone. Female decision-makers will permit whole institutions to be completely captured.
