Propaganda in recent years has become way more convoluted than it used to be. Can we blame it on that Inception movie?

For example, Trump was (and still is) denigrated as a "nazi, sexist, white supremacist, and 5 or 6 more terms, by our enemies to promote him to us, while he's actually jewish supremacist.

This female is essentially promoting 'Owen' with a similar technique. He sounds reasonable compared to her 'stupid' attempt to criticize him. But again, we know what he is.
