The part 'good cops' never get to - One bad apple .... spoils the bunch.

Go to any bad cop video (literally thousands) only twice have i ever seen any other cop actually step in and stop a bad cop in action. Every single other time every other cop while happily jump in and join with the 'stop resisting' ass kicking and cover in their own reports as well - so i think your a little biased.
Plus you have no idea whether this was a 'good cop' or not.

There is no good reason to join the police.
