Years ago when I was an EMT I got called for a checkup on a guy who no one had heard from in weeks. He was laying on his bed dead. Completely fucking naked. He was fat but nowhere near the size of this blob. Maybe 60- 80lbs over but his body was tilted so all the blood pooled at one end so his body went from forest green to incredible hulk green to dark purple.

That's what happens when you're a fat fuck.

Also, about 70% of my calls were due to fatness. The rest were oldies, druggies and drunks. A very small percentage were genuine accidents unrelated to the above. A great majority of ambulance calls are easily prevented but people are too disgusting, lazy, stupid and weak.
