That is the newspeak connotation of "civil rights", but it is a misnomer. Civil refers to citizenry, which feral niggers are not, and were not legally until jews.

That is what makes this switcheroo great, because there is only one actual civil rights leader in this photo.

I've read Rockwell. He sneered at the very idea of civil rights, civil rights leaders, and was their sworn enemy. He was not a "civil rights leader". He opposed civil rights legislation and court decisions and ran for governor of Virginia on that platform.
