Stranger rape outside of like prison or a warzone is unheard of but for blacks and maybe Mexicans. A lot of stuff happens behind closed doors. Even the gangs that are white are associated with countries where, if you go back to their country, they have a lot of crime there. Like Ukraine. Like even Greece and Italy, but no one ever heard of the English or the French mafia.
