Tbf, the guy on the Twinkie diet lost weight and got better bloods, as did the McDonald's guy.

Losing some body fat so you sit about 16-22% and doing some LISS seems to matter more. A natural physique and no stressful running/sprinting.

If natural food tastes good without additional ingredients I'm assuming it's meant to be eaten. That's meat fried in its own fat and fresh fruit. Some starches.

If you're coating it in sweeteners, salt, sugat or a million herbs and spices (see vegan "food"), it probably doesn't taste good without it and you probably shouldn't eat it.

I frequently cook meat in nothing but it's own fats (including chicken), and use nothing but pure beef dripping for potatoes.

You do need some salt, and iodine, which is easy to "hide" inside salt. Meat, dairy, eggs, natural butter, oils/fats, and a little non-glyphosate-wheat bread is good for you.

Then again, getting anything without poison these days is becoming more and more difficult.

We have proof of the existence of bacteria & fungi as pathogens, we also have a symbiotic relationship with tons of bacteria & benefit from mani fungi. I'm just not convinced that they cause more diseases than toxins in food and the environment.
