What’s happened is the south side Chicago nigger sprawl. They tore down Cabrini-Greens so they could put up expensive housing and Italian restaurants and the niggers fucked off to the surrounding areas. Milwaukee has been fucked for a long time but now Madison is turning into a nigger infested shithole. I have family there. They used to have all kinds of awesome festivals and be very family friendly. They have pretty much had to shut everything down, cuz niggers.
