Did that with a chip. Was bearable. Mouth hot, watery eyes, wanted to cough. Stopped mouth burning after 45 minutes but then stomach pains, dizziness, sweating. After about 90 minutes I was good.

By ethnic you mean with hot peppers? They're good for you in a number of ways, but you need to develop a tolerance. After awhile, heat that would have destroyed you before is just a pleasant burn.

Probably a half would have been fine, with a whole pushing it. Those three had me on the toilet holding a puke bowl for 4-5 hours. Of course, puking up reaper bits just reintroduced the pain to the throat and nose. 0/10

Powdered Carolina Reaper pepper- the tiniest shake, just a slight waft- is great to spice up dishes without modifying flavor. Amazing amount of heat from such a tiny amount.
