The reason modern concrete structures deteriorate so quickly without maintenance is because planned obsolescence is integrated into many facets of our civilization not limited to technology to include even the infrastructure we use.
No way, all those immigrants that are there now will build it back and they will do it better, NYC is only crumbling because those lazy whites don't want to do the jobs.
