Too bad they were smoking and lighting fires inside, they might have lived. Instead they die in an accidental house fire, damn. Excuse me while I deposit the insurance check.

If for whatever reason I can’t have my stuff, I think a nice big fire will do the trick.

Fun fact, lets say you own a home in say NYC or whatever shithole dump you come from. Per squatter laws, you have a relatively small window of time to contest the squatter. If you don't, then the property is legally theirs to keep or own. At the same time, these shitholes make it close to impossible to evict someone, which means there is no legal way to get rid of a squatter. All by design of course. By the time you legally evict them, you may find that they now legally own the house YOU paid for

I don't know what happened, officer, the squatter just disappeared one day.

If someone is in the rental housing business and can't induce non-payers to vacate, they're in the wrong business.
