I had a painting fall off my wall in the middle of the night for no reason, waking me up to find a candle that was nearly about to light Christmas decorations on fire and burn down the apartment. Painting was there for 2 years, no problems.
Yes. Many. One in particular happened right when I woke up to the JQ. I was walking through the really old cemetery that’s close to my house. All of a sudden, I felt these energies around me giving me a standing ovation and bowing and curtsying saying they were so happy for me figuring everything out. “You figured out the whole world is a lie.” They also said how misleading cemeteries and headstones are—“If anyone only knew the glory after death on earth brings, there would be parties at cemeteries. Headstones would be bright, happy colors.” I was completely sober and it was the middle of the day. I’ll never forget it.
I had an out of body experience seconds before I woke up when I was camping as a teenager, where I saw a bird's eye view of my tent from maybe 100 feet up.
When I was 8 I lived in upstate New York. During winter, snow plows would come through our court and pile the snow into a huge mound (in the middle). Us kids loved to play on it. One day I'm all by myself playing on the snow mound and I find this section that's lower and surrounded by snow. I lay down in the base of it, basically hidden from sight. I'm on my back looking up at the sky, enjoying the light snow falling on my face. Instantly I received a message (a voice?) saying "get up, go inside". So I did. While home, taking of my boots, I see a snow plow come through and pile the entire snow mound into a tighter circumference. The low area I had been laying in was totally compacted into the mound. If I was in there, I would have been crushed and probably not found til spring.

I get what I call triple deja-vu. Similar its a dejavu but it drags on a while. Like I get dejavu as something starts to unfold and it is like being stuck to a train track. Each new moment bring more of the dejavu feel. What sort of scenes do you get? I can get maybe a 3-5 second clip of three things...such as two visuals and a sound. I treat them as my checkpoints...life must be going right if I see them play out. Wish they weren't so damn random though.
It is like a scene, usually minutes long, and although my vantage is from me, it feels a bit like 3rd person viewing. The one that really got my attention was me reading with my kids, but years before I had them and in a different house (the house we live in now). Made no sense at the time, forgot about it, then I lived it, in every single detail.
The night of my 13th birthday, playing with my new dartboard. My dad had passed away just two weeks prior. Anyway, walked across my bedroom to pluck the darts out, and as I turned back around, a big, bright flash of light appeared in the mirror on my wall on the opposite side of the room. It freaked me out, but my cat in the room was freaked out even more than me. She was staring at the mirror hissing and her hair was standing straight up. She flew out of the room when I opened the door, and I was right behind her. I made it down the steps to the 1st floor in 2 bounds. I wish now that I had stayed to see what materialized. I like to think it was my Dad popping in to wish me a happy birthday.
My Mom would also have things happen to her on the anniversary of my Dads death for several years. On one, the light in the living room was off, but there was still a bit of light in the bulbs. On another, she could smell my Dad's cologne really strong (me and my brothers didn't use cologne at the time) and on another, she awoke to find her earrings had been taken out of her ears, and place on the bedside table with the backs put back in the earrings. She knows for certain she didn't do that in her sleep. It didn't help that the house was an old Victorian from the 1860's. Place was creepy as Hell, but I miss it everyday. After we all moved, and the house was in mid sale, my little bro (26 at the time) got sick with cancer, and wanted to die there, so the prospective owners allowed that to happen. I've often wondered if they ever had anything weird happen there, but I'm afraid that if they have, perhaps it's my brother, and he isn't at peace. That would suck, cause that kid earned some peace and then some.
Sometimes dead people come visit me after they have passed. I had an aunt die and she just flew by when I was out in the yard. Just saying one last goodbye. She was in a great mood. I got in the house and sure enough, I got the message. This has happened a few times with different relatives.
My grandmother was walking one summer to visit her garden house and she had a feeling someone was watching her. She looked back and a man dressed in all black was watching her two hundred feet away. She was creeped out and kept walking she looked back a second later and the figure was gone.
My aunt’s apartment kitchen was haunted at night between 1-3am the Cubbards would open and shut
I saw a witch on my balcony in a 5 story building one night. I woke up to her staring at me and she looked exactly like the wicked witch of the west
I saw a raccoon with three legs once. Poor bastard was going in circles until I kicked it into the woods behind my house. I like to think he's still back there chasing his tail.

I received cell phone message next day that aunt "b" had passed same evening as ethereal message came through.
Had no contact with or info about either aunt for decade+.
Never have I ever had that happen before, that I physically stood up fighting against a message like that.

Still no demon. So I look around the room and notice the shadows in the corner. My room doesn't have shadowy corners so I knew something was up. And then I noticed the lamp on my bed. It was one of those cheap lamps with the clamp that you stick to things on work sites. We own some but we don't keep them in my room. But I figure don't look a gift lamp in the bulb and grab.
So I start shining the light in the corners but still nothing. Then I notice one corner seems a little darker than the others. So I shine the light on it and there it is.
Fun fact: When you shine a light on a shadow demon,it looks like it's made of brown dust. I got the distinct impression it was poop dust for some reason.
But the thing was while the light was shined on him,he didn't move. So then I think "maybe he can't move in the light". And,working off horror move logic,I figiure if I turn the light off and back on,he'll be up in my face.
So I try it. Sure enough,he was all up in there,mouth open and letting out this whispery scream sound. So I punched him right in the face. That's when I woke up. Haven't had a sleep paralysis dream since.
So the lessons to take away from this. You can overcome the paralysis. You can assault a shadow demon. And shadow demons have glass jaws. Hope this helps.

When I first moved to the big city, I lived above one of my all time favorite bars. The missus was a bartender there at the time [I met her there - I have been a drunk for that long - but I AM half Irish and half Injun, so whaddya want...] Anyway, we went down there in the morning when it was not open, and it only had one round window in the door [DOX!] - otherwise no light source. For more doxxing, there were only three main rooms. She heard someone in the third room, so I went in and clicked my switchblade open [because this was still those old days, when that felt like a magical talisman], and went in all aggressively. It was pitch black, of course; but I knew the place like the back of my hand, it was like our living room, basically. Having some unknown weirdo there out of hours was a persona affront.
She had heard someone at the piano [which was in that third, darkest room] so I went straight to that area, shouting whatever aggressive orders I felt were best... probably something including 'faggot' - but my power levels were too low to say NIGGER yet...
Anyhow, I felt a hand on my shoulder. Not aggresive, just like "bro, lol", and she managed to find the light switch. Light flooded the whole place, and nobody was there. We all felt the air move like someone was fucking around, but only the front door had been unlocked and we swept the whole place and nobody was there at all.
It was kinda famously haunted, but of course we gave it no credence, despite having run into spectral nonsense elsewhere at other times.

Well,I dig deep and using my hatred of all things great and small,I manage to force my arms to move. Legs are still fucked but I got arms. So I start swinging wildly around me just in case it snuck up while I was busy.
Still no demon. So I look around the room and notice the shadows in the corner. My room doesn't have shadowy corners so I knew something was up. And then I noticed the lamp on my bed. It was one of those cheap lamps with the clamp that you stick to things on work sites. We own some but we don't keep them in my room. But I figure don't look a gift lamp in the bulb and grab.
So I start shining the light in the corners but still nothing. Then I notice one corner seems a little darker than the others. So I shine the light on it and there it is.
Fun fact: When you shine a light on a shadow demon,it looks like it's made of brown dust. I got the distinct impression it was poop dust for some reason.
But the thing was while the light was shined on him,he didn't move. So then I think "maybe he can't move in the light". And,working off horror move logic,I figiure if I turn the light off and back on,he'll be up in my face.
So I try it. Sure enough,he was all up in there,mouth open and letting out this whispery scream sound. So I punched him right in the face. That's when I woke up. Haven't had a sleep paralysis dream since.
So the lessons to take away from this. You can overcome the paralysis. You can assault a shadow demon. And shadow demons have glass jaws. Hope this helps.

I attract these kind of things, so I'll pick the best one I get reminded of.
When I first moved to the big city, I lived above one of my all time favorite bars. The missus was a bartender there at the time [I met her there - I have been a drunk for that long - but I AM half Irish and half Injun, so whaddya want...]
Anyway, we went down there in the morning when it was not open, and it only had one round window in the door [DOX!] - otherwise no light source. For more doxxing, there were only three main rooms. She heard someone in the third room, so I went in and clicked my switchblade open [because this was still those old days, when that felt like a magical talisman], and went in all aggressively. It was pitch black, of course; but I knew the place like the back of my hand, it was like our living room, basically. Having some unknown weirdo there out of hours was a persona affront.
She had heard someone at the piano [which was in that third, darkest room] so I went straight to that area, shouting whatever aggressive orders I felt were best... probably something including 'faggot' - but my power levels were too low to say NIGGER yet...
Anyhow, I felt a hand on my shoulder. Not aggresive, just like "bro, lol", and she managed to find the light switch. Light flooded the whole place, and nobody was there. We all felt the air move like someone was fucking around, but only the front door had been unlocked and we swept the whole place and nobody was there at all.
It was kinda famously haunted, but of course we gave it no credence, despite having run into spectral nonsense elsewhere at other times.
Then there's the Queen Mary's engine room after hours...

A few premonitions
After talking to two people, at different times, it suddenly felt very strongly like they did not exist. And it was a very puzzling feeling - you're talking to someone and then just get this sense that conversation with them has no future. And then shortly afterwards they died, in unusual ways. One by fire
Then a creepier one was a vision of three flames while talking with someone. And it was so puzzling conversation stopped. Imagine you're just seeing three flames? And then three times in a row, where they were staying burnt to the ground.
The first cases could just be subconscious. The second situation - there could be no way to predict three fires
