The local government in the German capital of Berlin has ruled out introducing “sex rooms” for toddlers in state-run daycare facilities despite the recommendation having been included in an unpublished draft of the city’s new educational program.
Any room can be a jacking off kids room if you jack off kids in it. So, not allowing designated jacking off kids rooms won't stop anyone from jacking off kids. Bullets, however, would very efficiently solve this problem.
Yeah, but the bigger issue is that there are kiddie jack off rooms in some of the cities in Germany. The story names at least 2 places where they encourage kids to go jack off in the jack off room. Insanity.
