Unlikely, the emulator Sony sued back in the days was sold for profit. Most likely Nintendo doesn't have an actual Switch 2 to release and they are worried that the Switch is currently not the best platform to play Switch games on, so they try to sue Yuzu out of existence with legal fees.
If they lose this they might be compelled to release their games also on PC.
There were Mario games for PC and Zelda games for the CDi, but they sucked. I don't think it's entirely impossible for them to release their games on PC. They already left the console business which nobody would have believed, either.
If they decided to release physical copies of even just their old games for PC they could make lots of money.

so do you think that all the switch 2 rumors that we have been hearing about are false? actually i have heard something that is contrary to your view that says that their switch 2 will be similar to the old switch so they could be scared that their shit is hacked right away like the og switch was. actually this this theory makes more sense to me but like i said we shall see.
