The company i work for is managed by a bleeding heart idiot who uses his feelings over common sense. We have multiple individuals that clearly need to get shitcanned for very obvious reasons. Their combined net cost per month is 50,000. All that money, just pissed away, never to be seen again so we can all brag about how we never fire people. Fuck the people who have to work with these incompetent retards, not my problem says the upper echelon. So now i have these useless drains on my team who i cant fire, i cant put them on a pip, i cant talk to them, i cant discuss the issue with anyone else. I just have to accept they are useless shit and plan the entire project on the assumption they suck. But i also cant tell anyone, so even though they suck, and i know it, and they know it, and the team knows it, we have to protect their feelings. Corporate America is a bullshit
