1. Stay out of hospitals - meaning, do your best to stay healthy. Hospitals are businesses like any other and they want to make money off you. I've known too many people who get into the system and find it hard to get clear.

2. Stay out of court - the legal system is slow and expensive. Avoid business dealings with shady people. Don't lend money to people b/c you'll have to spend more to get it back. Courts are a waste of time and money, and few people walk away satisfied with the outcome of a civil case. Oh and obviously don't be a lawbreaking nigger.

3. Stay out of debt - enough said.

4. Stay out of other people's business - again, self explanatory. Don't be a selfish prick but also don't make other people's problems your own problems.

5. Stay out of the spotlight - keep a low profile and avoid unwanted attention. If you're wealthy don't flaunt it. Keep the cards close to the chest. Be a "gray man."


So many people experience unnecessary, unwanted stress b/c of the first three - hospitals, legal issues, and debt. It destroys their health and quality of life.

As for the last two, in my experience altruism only becomes a burden. I've learned the hard way that you have to just tell people no and leave them deal with their own shit. I'm at a point where I just want to do my thing and not be bothered.
