I'm pretty sure AI snuff and CSAM are pretty much illegal - for now. The way I understand it you can't draw or render realistic animations in those categories as it counts as the same and carries the same penalties as if it was in real life. I think that's why all this Furry porn is popular with these sickos. But who knows? If this AI porn does take off, I'm sure they'll find a loophole or just flat out change the law to suit them
