Starting to see more blacks in my liberal/leftie-hellhole-by-the-sea. They're up to 2.2% now. Now I'm wondering how bad it will have to get before any other place wouldn't be a huge downgrade.

Nationally, the median rent price was $2,052, but here in Phoenix, an average apartment cost is $2,172. According to Rent.com

Last year rent.com was saying the average 2 bedroom apartment here cost around $65,000 per year. Has dropped hundreds below $5K per month this year.

"For a 2-bedroom apartment, the average rent is $4,224."
