I actually picked cotton for a family owned farm that went back to the mid-1800s. The brothers, their uncle & especially the grandpa were the funniest & most racist guys I ever worked for, yet they were also a very kind and hospitable family who would invite me over for Sunday dinners.

The houses we have are in HOA subdivisions and I probably would never live in one of them for that reason, but ten miles away are houses on five acres, new, for 7-800k. All of the areas surrounding Prescott put you about twenty minutes from the center of town and are totally livable. If you were at all interested in looking, contact Corey Johannsen in Prescott, he’s our realtor there and I get all the listings from him still, because I like to watch the market and look for more opportunities. It really is a gem of a place. I really want to visit during Christmas and the Fourth. The town goes all out for both. It’s totally 'Murica all the time there.
Another thing about Prescott and the surrounding communities, there’s hardly any wetbacks. The only ones I saw were mowing the lawns at the shopping centers. Kinda how it used to be when I was a kid in Sacramento. Where I live now, in NorCal. The dirty brown people are everywhere. It’s a breath of fresh air in Prescott. It's handy on one hand, to convince the women how bullshit it all is. They, of course, are kind of "poor people deserve to live too" or whatever, but they can't deny when those poor people turn out to be NIGGERS, and crime starts to become horribler than it ever used to be. This is a harbor town, so of course, there was always that crime element, but they were completely reasonable criminals [in comparison with niggers], and were no problem for normal folk. We always figured our native criminals formed a decent enough barrier to all of this, but we were clearly wrong.
I want to live the way life was when we were kids, with no regard for crime and niggers, because they just were not around, and the worst crime was that neighbor kid with a dirtbike who was mildly irritating [but a nice guy when you actually talked to him, and he'd try to be less annoying after my dad yelled at him].
And the Fourth was the one celebration with fireworks. And Christmas was peaceful. And drug dealers didn't openly double park in front of your house. And all that. Fuck, I hate los angeles.
Lake sailing is a whole other beast. I admire my froends who hit the skids and said "fuck it" and just decided to sail away. Well, friend. I know one guy, with a boat smaller than mine, who was at rock bottom and the choice was suicide or sailing away to wherever. He chose the latter, and is reat fun drinking with and hearing his stories. He sailed around the world in a Cal30, and picked up a wife along the way. He got arrested in Egypt, he got boarded by pirates. A pretty horrible time, but great stories! He was caught in a storm and climed his mast with a bottle of rum and cried. That's the story, at least. Lake sailing does not offer tose miseries to sing songs about.
But it is a worthy exchange to live where there are not niggers.
