This is a good example video of how animalistic instincts can be mistaken as human. If they had cut the video a couple seconds shorter it would appear as this rabbit had human empathy centers. When in reality it was mating season and the rabbit was so overwhelmed by mating hormones it wasn't even afraid of dying or even acknowledging death at all.

Yet they will eat the dead body... All things aside, dogs are called men's best friend for a good reason. There is bond there. You did provide them with food, water and safety after they were removed from their mother.

I watch a lot of videos of massive ant farm terrariums on youtube. Including ant wars where the people grow multiple colonies to massive size then release them all into a big arena with resources in it that they then fight over. When the battles are over, the winning colony can be observed burying all the corpses.

Yes but this does not prove remorse. This is what I'm talking about scientists do this shit all the time with dinosaurs polar bears whatever the hell the governments want to sell whether it's anti-religion or climate change or whatever the fuck it is they're going to argue a thesis that sells something to get that juicy government money.
