I go to dump sites to find old air conditioner units so I can huff the Freon. Don't judge me.

If you're burning the hell out of your steak on a dry aluminum pan, maybe it's a problem, but who does that?
At reasonable temps with a coating of oil, I wouldn't worry about it.
As @Hh mentioned, your deodorant is a bigger issue.
I've used baking soda for deodorant for decades.
Works much better, cheap, and it won't ruin your clothes.

How do you apply the baking soda?

[ - ] PotatoWhisperer2 1 point 2 monthsFeb 24, 2024 13:37:12 ago (+1/-0)

Trebuchet.

Wet your pits, dip a couple fingers in baking soda and rub it on. Let it dry while you're shaving or whatever.
Applying dry is uncomfortably abrasive. It should be wet enough to go into solution on your skin.
There was a great semi- famous thread about it on the old RooshV forum years ago.
I think he took it all down.

Oil, meaning butter or fat.
Pardon my choice of words.

I'd be more concerned with the aluminum you're putting in your in your body every day from the deodorant you're wearing

How does the aluminum penetrate your skin? Is it not more likely that the aluminum deodorant claims are made by the kikes in order to trick the rebellious thinkers into walking around smelly so they become social outcasts and don't influence others into becoming aware of jew subversion? It seems to me that every propaganda technique involves two fronts, the first is denial and mockery and the second is affirmation and radicalization. The second method has them pretend to agree with you in order to gain your trust, then take whatever undesirable position you hold into the extreme; into absurdity.

Every instance of aluminum in the environment is not poison. I don't see why topical deodorant would be toxic, and if it were it should cause a rash first.

It's the same with non-stick. The film Dark Waters (used to be on Netflix) is a good watch and a good red pill for the sleeping ones

Chemtrailing releases high levels of aluminum, incendiary barium and iron into the environment fueling super wildfires. Link.

ResearchGate: Increase of Aluminum Particles in the Environment due to Chemtrails pdf.

When aluminum gets hot enough and there is water present there will be an explosion, many conspiracy theorists postulate the vast amount of microscopic particles of that metal called "nano aluminum," have been put into the environment to in concert with DEW lasers make wildfires burn hotter.

People do all kind of strange things.

When it comes to aluminum foil, small amounts of aluminum leach into food that’s cooked using aluminum foil or aluminum cookware. Thankfully, the body has numerous mechanisms in place to help rid the body of excess amounts of this metal.

Mainstream articles are not a good source of useful information. Aluminum cookware is harmful to anyone's health, especially their mental health, which is exactly why that article and others like it will tell you it's fine, just like fluoride in drinking water. It's associated with autism, parkinsons, dementia, etc.

Thank you for the informative comment and associated content, old cobber

Have an upvoat :)

For those interested, here is some information on how to reduce the amount of aluminum in your body: https://healthfully.com/detox-aluminum-body-4812858.html

Linking to the food network and a credible news source...

Then again defining a credible news source is racism.

This is bullshit.
Metal detox forces the body to release heavy metals.
Human bodies don't give it up easily
