It's hard brother. I used to always be 6'2" 175 but over the years it's been harder to maintain and now I'm at 240, it's taken 2 months to drop 10 lbs, went from working over the road back to the moving industry in December, I'd be happy just to get back to 200. Strength is already way up but I definitely need to shed some gut. I already own that company in terms of work ethic. Not a single person there doesn't like working with me, wish I could say the same, 5 niggers work there and 2 are absolutely useless, ones meh and 1 is ok and shockingly the oldest of that bunch is a decent worker. Two useless Hispanics that are young and dumb and some queens jew packer cunt who I've grown to hate already(she's on meth and thinks no one notices)

I used to work on a facilities crew that other than a fatfuck hipster slob white guy was all niggers. One of them was bad ass, the rest were completely useless. Most of them would be falling asleep after lunch so we couldn't do shit.

I was working at a college and they were tossing a box of really good books from the library. He didn't give a shit until I said I'll take them home and then he suddenly got interested and went through and took half of them. I wanted to beat the shit out of him.
