She's a long haul trucker. Truckers used to have ways of changing identities if they lost a CDL. This one never figured out how to do it, turning to simple identity theft. How she got endless jobs is astonishing.
Having licenses in other states was part of the CDL federal takeover of the US trucking industry. You can not have multiple state CDL,it's bullet proof control system for legit US born citizens that have to present a live birth record at application time.
I know how they eventually catch all of them come income tax or license renewal. My daughter has been doing it 23yrs. A cheat is like a thief IMO and should be beaten like one when caught.
Getting around the fucking government is not cheating. Cheating is when you take from people, not when you curcumvent bad laws. I'd say more but you might imagine why I dare not.
