I just did a 42 hour fast. I’m trying to work up to a 3 day. I just get really grouchy and short with my kids and dont feel that’s fair to them. Good luck!

I'm in , I can go 3 days on a cakewalk. For some reason I don't get hungry like others . My wife will tell me I have to eat because I haven't in 2 or 3 days. I fast on automatic. Weird right.P.S. no drugs .
Detoxing before fasting is rarely known. Parasites dig in deep when fasted. No they are not removed by fasting. Parasites can take months to clear out throughly. Simple research makes it easy with black walnut,wormwood and a few others
I don't know. It seems good for you to do it once in a while. Also I've been intentionally over eating for a while trying to gain weight and I also wanted to take an extra couple days off from lifting weights because I've been so consistent. Heal up a bit. Also someone in my last thread mentioned it and I randomly stumbled on a video about it and I've been wanted to do it for a while again anyway. I've done it in the past for 5 of 6 days, can't remember.
eat a little salt for every meal. i did 120 hours easy with this method. first try was 72 hours and it was torture, second try was 96 hours and it was hard, third try 120, easy.
