Company drivers are often under a policy of having up to two rejections in a one year time period. In practice, more than one equals termination. Also yes, I do know.

That is a unique big carrier. They almost certainly don't allow that now. I went O/O and contracted on for a better load board and insurance. Did well with that, with a lot of "fuck you" leeway. From what I hear, they're cracking down on that too.
