I live about 35 miles from where it happened. The local sheriff posts on facebook about once a week on the arrests made, most of the are DUI or controlled substance (meth).

didnt know about that tidbit thank you for the info. i knew a couple of parents that would abuse their lame son for drugs and by abuse i mean they would sell his toys that family and other people gave him in order to satiate their vice

they did every drug that you can think off but their preferred drug was crack cocaine and this was in the mid 90's
