as a former C++ programmer I just want to ask: do you really want to learn C++? that is a fucking lifetime commitment.
not like python, not like Lisp, not like some operating System shit. C++ is a large industrial professional system of a language. yes it's being streamlined and sorted out a bit, but if this is just some big pot-induced enthusiasm, you are really wasting a lot of time.
Ive always found it beneficial when learning a new language if i have a project to complete, much easier than blindly learning the syntax with no purpose.
