Dude was 61 working as a bouncer. Anyone who hired an elderly nigger to work nightlife security is a cheap idiot. I mean, if the guy was 30, he still could have been stabbed, but I’m sure him being geriatric emboldened his attackers. I used to work about 1/4 mile away from that place and I knew at 43 or 44 that it was time to hang it up. Another guy named J.R. was the bouncer at Rudy’s in Manhattan for like 15 years and he hung it up when he was like 45. Some of these guys are like punch drunk boxers who will go on being useless if you let them.
