From what I know of Geelong (a city out west of Melbourne) is that Newtown is far from an "upmarket suburb". There's a picture of the house in question - an ugly POS that just so happens to be worth over a million. I am guessing it is the same for the rest of the suburb, houses are "worth" a million so the lying MSM says it is an upmarket suburb when it is Bogansville Central.

Piece of shit houses, one bedroom houses, ugly, ugly crappy houses sell for over a million in Australian. These are not mansions. Houses are CRIMINALLY overpriced down here.
