Oh hold on, I'm being told that there's some union somewhere I never heard about that has dominion over this entire area and it's illegal for my business to be within 100 miles of a union operated business. Well, let's look at a map. Oh, that's almost everywhere. But, I can just pay the union their leech fees to become part of the union. The union just updated their regulations so now I have to spend more time relearning them all to pass some dumbass test I'll forget as soon as it's over.

(divorce ruined it, go figure), I went to school with all of them. The boomers around here are millionaires, they bought up the land of all the old people who retired. It's now thousands of acres owned by 5 families. One of the old boomers died recently. Wrote in his will, my kids didn't work hard enough for it, let my wife sell it off to whoever can afford it. Not that it mattered, he ran them all off to other careers.

Don't talk about farmers like you know what they do. I was born and raised in farm country, surrounded by farmers. Unless you're a shitty farmer, you're paying someone else to do all your work for you. Any farmer that doesn't have livestock has no job from the months of November to April. When they do have a job, they spend 4-5 weeks doing little more than turning on their sprinklers and moving them to other locations. Sure, when harvest times come around (if they don't pay illegals to do it for them) they might spend 16 hour days actually running their equipment. For about a week, until that part has been wrapped up.
Even farmers with livestock don't work very hard. At worst they have to feed them 3 times a day or maybe ride behind a herd on an ATV while they drive it to another location. Farmers don't work as hard as they claim to.
